Can we Bring our own food, snacks, or drinks?

Yes of course! We don’t restrict you from providing your own food and drinks. Although we do offer some food and drink options to make it hassle free. You can bring all the snacks you want!

Can I bring alcohol?

Fauncee Piknik is not liable or responsible for what drinks our clients bring to their picnics. It is the responsibility of the renter to be aware of the open alcohol laws in the area they choose to have their picnic. Upon making a reservation, you will automatically agree to these terms.

Do you only offer set ups in backyards?

We can set up practically anywhere as long as it is in a public location. If it is privately owned you will need to have permission by the owner.

Can we leave early?

Yes absolutely as long as you notify us first, and you must wait until we arrive before leaving.

Can we add more time to our picnic?

Yes absolutely, you can notify me and I can add the additionally time to your picnic at $50 per hour.

What If we break something or something gets stained?

We trust that you will take care of our items as if they were your own while your picnic event is happening. If any items are damaged or missing you will be subject to pay for the cost of the items. Small spillages such as water or non-staining items may not incur in a fee. However you may be billed for any dry cleaning costs if required.

Late arrival

If you are running late on the date of your picnic, please let us know. You will have our contact number on the day of the picnic as we will reach out to you prior to your picnic time. Please be advised your late arrival may cut into your booked picnic time.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes! We require a 50% non refundable deposit fee to secure the date you select. The balance is due 48 hours prior to your event/picnic. We will not set up your picnic without full payment ahead of time.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes You can bring your pet. A $40 charge will be added for cleaning fees of fur removal, etc.

What If it rains or the weather is in the forecast?

In the event that rain is in the forecast, we will reach out to your to go over our options. Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. You will be able to reschedule your picnic event to a future date within 60 days of your original booking. We can also move picnic inside if space allows.
